Refund & Service Policy – Lumary LED Exterior Permanent Lights (Installed Systems)
Effective Date: 01/01/2026
By purchasing and installing Lumary LED Exterior Permanent Lights through us, you agree to the following refund and service terms.
1. No Full Refund Policy
Due to the custom and permanent nature of installed exterior lighting systems:

All sales are final
-
No full refunds will be issued once installation has begun or been completed
-
This includes dissatisfaction with appearance, brightness, color preference, or system design once installed
We strongly encourage customers to review product demonstrations, color options, and layout plans prior to installation.
2. Installation & Product Responsibility
Lumary LED Exterior Permanent Lights are considered a permanently installed product. Once installed:

The system cannot be returned for a refund

Labor, materials, installation time, and removal costs are non-refundable
-
Damage caused by external factors (weather, power surges, customer modifications, or third-party interference) is not covered under refunds
3. Complimentary Service Visits (Issue Resolution)
To ensure customer satisfaction, we include:
Up to two (2) complimentary service visits to address:

Installation-related issues
-
System performance problems
-
Manufacturer defects covered under warranty
-
Configuration or controller issues
These visits must be requested within 12 months of installation.
4. Service Fees After Complimentary Visits
After the two complimentary service visits have been used:

Any additional service calls will be subject to a standard service fee

Service fees may include:

Trip/service call charge
-
Labor time
-
Replacement parts not covered under warranty

Pricing will be disclosed and approved before scheduling additional service visits.
5. Manufacturer Warranty

Lumary LED products are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty
-
Warranty coverage applies to product defects only, not labor beyond the complimentary service visits
-
Warranty claims do not reset or extend the complimentary service visit count
6. What Is Not Covered
The following are not eligible for free service or refunds:

Damage caused by customer misuse or alterations
-
Damage from power issues, storms, or acts of nature
-
Requests for cosmetic changes after installation
-
Removal or relocation of the lighting system
-
Issues caused by third-party electricians or installers
7. Policy Acknowledgment
Payment of an invoice or signing of an installation agreement confirms acceptance of this policy.
